Brotherhood Hymn

This revised edition of the Brotherhood Hymn book is based largely on the practical experience the choirmasters and composers acquired over the past fifty years in expressing in songs the recondite teachings of the Sole Spiritual Head of the universe, Leader Olumba Olumba Obu and His Christ, His Holiness King Olumba Olumba Obu, the King of kings and Lord of lords. One of the recondite teachings is that all songs before the throne of God should be natural in tune, content and structure.Within this paradigm, the review committee gave particular attention to the naturalness of the hymns. In addition, there was a conscious departure from dogma as observed in the absence of poetic rhymes at the end of quatrains, and the use of inverted cadence. This is not an attempt to rubbish orthodox musical doctrines.
